Can I get the book in hard copy, or only as an e-book?

At this stage the book is only available as an e-book. In order to read the downloaded book you will need to have Acrobat Reader on your computer. Once you have downloaded the e-book you can print it out if you prefer to read a hard copy rather than reading it on-screen.

Why don’t you simply give your book away for free?

There are 2 reasons for this:
First, if I would give this book away for free, I wouldn’t be able to cover the cost of running this website. There are substantial costs involved in running this site. I would simply be losing money and the site would shut-down and no-one would have access to this book.

The other reason is fair exchange. I have put in a lot of time and effort to develop this book and spent thousands of  dollars to put this together.
